A compact, high-density material, epowood has been used since the 1970s by automotive design studios to create styling models. From Bertone to Pininfarina, it has enabled the greatest names in design to bring their visions to life.
A symbol of competition and transatlantic rivalry, born of an English father but developed by American hands, the Ford GT40 defined the 1960s, collecting numerous trophies along the way. The MKI version is the most streamlined, appearing almost crouched to the ground thanks to its low height and stance.
