Virginie Caillet’s favorite theme is the exploration of femininity and the female essence through her portraits and nudes. Her paintings are featured in the collections of Jérôme Godart and Saad Hariri. As a resident artist at Galerie Bailly in Paris, she showcased her work in the “Regard sur l’enfance” exhibition in 2007 and later took part in the “Dessins Contemporains” exhibition. In 2010, one of her paintings was displayed at “ART BASEL” at the KRAMPF Gallery booth. That same year, John Galliano and other artists drew inspiration from her work to create Dior’s Rouge Passion lipstick.
